Wear your activewear, shorts are recommended to ensure you get the full benefit of the infrared light therapy. We also recommend you bring a bottle of water and hand towel; these can also be purchased in store.

Thirty minutes is all you need to complete one FitSlim session. Our Team will review the results of your 360 Body Scan and consider your personal fitness goals before making a recommendation. Clients are advised to book approximately three sessions per week to achieve optimal results.

Every client’s FitSlim journey is different, and results can vary according to your body composition, fitness level and the number of sessions you commit to each week. Most of our clients report improved overall health and some form of positive change to their body shape after their first week of FitSlim sessions.

Our FitSlim Pods are unfortunately not appropriate for women who are pregnant. All our packages are valid for three years, so your package will not expire while you are pregnant.
